My Approach
Discover how I work and what you can expect
A calm, body-oriented approach
Osteopathy forms the foundation of every trajectory. From a calm, body-oriented approach, we examine how your body functions as a whole: where movement is limited, where tension settles, and how systems work together.
Your body is not separate from how you live. Stress, emotions, and recurring patterns can influence how complaints arise or persist. When it feels appropriate, a trajectory can therefore be deepened with additional forms of guidance. This deepening is always optional and tailored to your needs and what is helpful at that moment.

What we look at
Within my work, this can mean that we deepen a trajectory with:
osteopathy as a body-oriented foundation
nervous system regulation
family constellations for recurring patterns
emotion-focused bodywork (EmotionBodyCode)
the connection between body, lifestyle, and life stage
By connecting these approaches, space is created to look not only at the complaint but at the whole from which it arises.
Every treatment and every trajectory is unique. Tailored to your body, your life stage, and what is needed at that moment. Whether you are seeking support with a desire to have children, pregnancy, recovery after a C-section, postpartum, hormonal changes, or simply more connection with your body. Together we explore what suits you.
My guidance is not aimed at 'getting rid' of complaints, but at restoring space, balance, and trust in your body.

Body as a compass
In my work, the body is central as a compass. Not only what you feel, but also what lies beneath. Recovery is not just about reducing complaints, but also about learning to understand what your body is showing.
