We like it if you pay the bill by PIN after the treatment. However, PIN payment is not mandatory. If you are insured for osteopathy, you can submit and claim the bill to your health insurance company.

Osteopathy Sassen is registered with the NRO (Dutch Register for Osteopathy) and NVO (Dutch Osteopathy Association). Most insurance companies have included osteopathy in the supplementary package. The deductible is not used up. The reimbursements may vary considerably. A referral from the general practitioner is usually not necessary. It is wise to get information from your insurance company in advance.

You may need to cancel your appointment. We ask that you cancel your appointment by phone at least 24 hours in advance. Then we can reserve the time reserved for you for someone else. Appointments for Monday can be cancelled free of charge during the weekend, only via voicemail, until Monday morning 08.00 am at the latest.

If you do not cancel your appointment on time, we will be forced to charge you for this reserved time.
