We are happy if you pay the bill by PIN after the treatment. However, PIN is not obligatory. If you are insured for osteopathy, you can submit the bill and claim it from your health insurance company.

Osteopathy Sassen is registered with the NRO (Dutch Register for Osteopathy) and NVO (Dutch Osteopathy Association). Most insurance companies have included osteopathy in the supplementary package. The excess is not used up here. Reimbursements may vary considerably. A referral from the GP is usually not necessary. It is wise to get information from your insurance company in advance.

You may need to cancel your appointment. We ask you to cancel your appointment by phone at least 24 hours in advance. We can then reserve the time reserved for you for someone else. Appointments for Monday can be cancelled free of charge at the weekend, exclusively via voicemail, until 08.00 Monday morning at the latest.

If you do not cancel your appointment in time, we are obliged to charge you for this reserved time.
